Elasto Guard Waterproofing Liquid Membrane is a single component water-based highly adhesive elastomeric coating. It is our most versatile liquid-applied membrane suitable for various applications, such as flat, commercial, and industrial roofs, as well as balcony walkways. Unlike other waterproofing systems this polyurethane application requires comparatively less skill and supervision. It is used for sealing and protecting concrete and masonry substrates against water, dampness and seepage with a long-lasting, semi-smooth, decorative Blue finish.

Directions: 

Clean surface of dirt, dust, grease, and all loosely adhering particles. Make sure surface is dried completely.

Stir contents for 30 seconds until it is thoroughly mixed.

Apply to surface by brush, roll, trowel, dip or pour. Ensure surface is completely covered.

Apply multiple coats to ensure all cracks and holes have been filled. Allow to cure in between coats and before water exposure. Full cure at 24-48 hours.
